Can I have training delivered in my school?

Due to a range of circumstances, the majority of my training is delivered via zoom sessions, email, online learning modules, file sharing and video. I find that working remotely allows me to offer shorter sessions, e.g. 60 mins and 90 mins, as well as the more traditional half-day or fulll-day support. Working 1:1 or in small groups via zoom is effective. For larger events or for activities that require physical presence, e.g. book reviews, lesson observations it is possible to book onsite support. I am often in the West Yorkshire region, but spend a significant part of my time travelling around the UK. HOW MUCH DOES SUPPORT COST for my school?

The cost varies depending on the nature of the training and support being delivered. Usually a full day training is between £650 and £750. The day can be broken up into a number of blocks of varying length, e.g. 1:1 sessions with subject leaders, 4 x small group training sessions.

Headteacher performance manage is £650 + VAT. I strongly believe in high-quality performance review, and you can therefore add in additional time and activities to support the headteacher / governors in this regard.

I also offer various coaching options. 60 minute sessions are usually £150+VAT and 90 minute sessions are £175+VAT. Strengths coaching and journey coaching, as well as professional dialogue to support leaders in attaining school improvement goals are all types of support that can be provided.

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN WITH ANOTHER SCHOOL?

Training can be provided for groups of schools remotely. I do recommend limiting the number of participants to ensure quality of experience. If the training involves supporting materials, there is likely to be an additional per school access charge. Please do get in touch with your requirements and obtain a no obligation quote.


 
 
can I JUST ACCESS RESOURCES AND ONLINE MATERIALS?

All of the traditional face-to-face courses I have delivered are being transferred into online courses. These courses have video clips, tutorials, guidance booklets, classroom resources, leadership materials, audits & checklists, think pieces...etc. These can be accessed via my online school https://ictwand.teachable.com/
Costs: each course is priced seperately and can be purchased as an individual direct from the site. However, schools in the UK can be invoiced for access and sent an access code rather than purchasing direct from the site.
